Open the download
Double-click RealPlayerDownloader.dmg
Find it in your browser's Downloads list, or in the Downloads folder in Finder. Double-clicking mounts the disk image and opens a new window.

Install the app
Drag RealPlayer Downloader into Applications
In the window that opens, drag the app icon onto the Applications folder shortcut. Wait for the copy to finish, then eject the disk image from the Finder sidebar.

First launch
Open it from Applications and click Open
Open your Applications folder and double-click RealPlayer Downloader. macOS asks you to confirm the first time: click Open and you're ready to download videos.
