Returns & Refunds The Real.com/accessories Guarantee If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your Real.com/accessories purchase within the first thirty (30) days, you may return it for a full refund, or an immediate replacement. Packaged Product Return Procedure In order to receive full credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. To return packaged product, please put the original packing slip in the original carton or a strong box, and tape the package securely. Be sure to include your reason for returning the product and whether you would like a replacement product sent or a refund credited to your account. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error. Download Only Return Procedure To return software that was purchased as Download Only (no physical items sent), please send an e-mail to returns_acc@real.com. You will be sent additional instructions by e-mail regarding our "Certificate of Destruction" form which is required for all download only returns. When filling out our "Certificate of Destruction" form, be sure to include your name, e-mail address, the name of the product, reason for refund, and your Order Number which was contained in your confirmation e-mail. Any missing information may delay the processing of your refund. By filling out this form and submitting it to our Returns Department, you are certifying that you have deleted the program from your hard drive and erased any back-up copies you may have created before requesting a refund. Once we receive this certificate and verify that all the information is correct, your credit will be processed immediately. Refund Note: Please allow up to ten business days for your refund to be processed. The specific date the credit will appear on your credit card statement is determined by your credit card company.
